Lauren C. Wells, also known as "LC" in the fitness industry, is a New York City-based Certified Fitness Trainer; Founder & Owner of LC FITNESSITY, LLC Health & Fitness Services; Holistic Health & Detox Coach. Lauren is a 2008 graduate of University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree majoring in Rehabilitation. She has over 19 years experience in the healthcare field initially studying Nursing at a vocational high school in her early years.
While initially wanting to pursue a career in rehabilitation services, Lauren had a change of heart and later wanted to pursue a career in fitness as she benefited from making a health & fitness lifestyle change herself in 2009. Given her years of knowledge of human anatomy and the way the body functions, it was an easy transition for her. As she continued to pursue her current new passion for fitness, she later pursued the new career and obtained her certification in 2013.
Since then, Lauren diligently devotes her time to helping others make transforming lifestyle changes improving not only their physical state but mental and spiritual as well. She initiates such benefits by providing strategic nutrition and supplementation plans in addition to individualized fitness programs. She strongly believes in a Holistic approach to improving the body’s well-being and physical nature. She works closely with Naturopaths as she helps others improve their health and a firm advocate of gut health. She has consulted nearly 300 clients across the Nation on their journey with losing weight; restoring healthy gut flora, improvement in health and fitness; gaining confidence and creating a balanced lifestyle in all aspects.
